Cauliflower Tots 2 Med heads Cauliflower 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup GF flour (oat, almond, etc) 1 large egg Preheat oven at 350 and grease your pizza stone with olive oil. Microwave or boil florets until fork tender. Drain excess water and then pulse in processor to rice consistency. Place 3 cups of cooked cauliflower in bowl with all other ingredients. Mix & shape to tater tots. Bake on stone for 20 mins, flip over and bake additional 15 mins until crisp
